STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO
1700 is a collection of 23 luxury mountain residences at the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. It is designed for those who curate their experiences as deliberately as they do their surroundings, crafting a life rich in meaning, adventure and authenticity.

Storied Places brings together a team with deep expertise and a proven track record in luxury resort development.
Its co-founders built their careers with industry leaders including Intrawest, Replay Destinations, Westbrook Partners, and Rockpoint Group – where they helped raise over $6 billion in equity and oversaw the development of more than 14,000 resort residences. Their collective experience spans world-renowned destinations such as Mont Tremblant, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Steamboat Ski Resort.
